GRAND Mental Health Launches New Technology to Advance the Future of Mental Health Care in Oklahoma
Tulsa, Okla. — [April 6, 2026] GRAND Mental Health today announced the launch of ApexCare, a new app-based behavioral health engagement platform designed to expand access to care, enhance clinical coordination, and deliver a more supportive digital experience for GRAND clients across Oklahoma.
Developed over the course of a year, ApexCare is a product of ApexSentinel and was built in close collaboration with GRAND clinicians, serving as the model for the platform’s clinical functionality and client-centered design.
Available on both iOS and Android through the App Store and Google Play, ApexCare allows GRAND clients and care teams to securely access services from any smartphone – eliminating the need for dedicated devices and reducing barriers to care. The platform creates individualized client profiles and helps connect each person with the most appropriate GRAND specialist, such as veteran-specific therapists for clients experiencing PTSD or substance use disorder specialists for those seeking addiction treatment.
Medication management is a central feature of ApexCare, offering real-time access to comprehensive medication lists, prescription information, and pharmacy refill coordination. This shared visibility supports safer, more coordinated care between clients and treatment teams, including collaboration with outside providers.
ApexCare also enables clients to track their emotional well-being daily and view trends over time, helping clinicians identify patterns and tailor treatment plans more effectively. In addition, the platform serves as a resource hub, offering educational content such as videos and articles on symptom recognition, coping strategies, relaxation techniques, and wellness support.
“ApexCare removes barriers to care, ensuring our clients can connect to mental health support quickly and seamlessly—right when it matters most,” said Josh Cantwell, Chief Executive Officer of GRAND Mental Health. “This technology reflects our commitment to innovation and impact, and it represents a meaningful step forward in how we support wellness, connection, and better outcomes for the people we serve.”
With the launch of ApexCare, GRAND Mental Health continues to advance a more connected, accessible future for behavioral health care—bringing innovative, client-focused support within reach for more Oklahomans.
