  • We are pushing to have All GRAND clients fully set up with Axis Rx by June 30, 2026.  You may begin noticing changes in your prescription fulfillment much sooner than late June.

  • Yes, fully legitimate. Though Axis Rx is modeled as a new type of pharmacy, their roots run deep. Axis Rx recently acquired the assets and business operations of Claremore Compounding Center Pharmacy (CCC), a long-standing and respected local provider. Axis Rx is built upon the foundation and experience of CCC. This connection brings established expertise and continuity into a new model designed to expand your care teams and support a coordinated approach to medication services. In fact, most of the CCC staff are now Axis Rx employees.

IMPORTANT NOTE: As CCC transitions to Axis Rx, you may receive medications labeled with the CCC brand. Please know this is a temporary matter. Your relationship is with Axis Rx, which is already fully operational.

  • Absolutely! Axis Rx is a full-service pharmacy to meet you – and your family’s healthcare needs. Providers outside of GRAND simply need to send medication orders to: Claremore Compounding Center now and Axis Rx in the future, once the full transition from CCC to Axis Rx is completed.

  • Axis works with a variety of payer sources and insurances. Your co-pay will be determined by your payer source. There may be programs to assist if you have a PAP or DMH.

  • We are excited to share that Axis Rx is taking over the existing CCC retail pharmacy location in Claremore, OK. All GRAND clients have access to this retail pharmacy location as needed. The current retail pharmacy location in Claremore is still branded CCC but that will change in early July. Regardless of the name on the outside, the staff supporting you there are part of the Axis Rx team. There are additional options for medication pickup and delivery, including some you have now, and even delivery by FedEx. Options vary by medication type. For more specific information about your medications, please speak with your nurse.

  • Yes, it is an option, but there are limitations. Please talk with your nurse about medication fulfillment logistics and ensure your mailing address on file is updated.

  • For now, yes. Axis Rx Pharmacy’s Claremore retail location is currently operating on the same schedule as CCC Pharmacy. However, expanded hours are coming soon, and Axis Rx will be open seven days a week.

As part of GRAND’s transition to our new preferred pharmacy partner, Axis Rx, we’re pleased to offer GRAND clients early access to these expanded pharmacy hours before they are available to the general public.

Beginning June 13, 2026, GRAND clients transferring their prescriptions to Axis Rx Pharmacy will have access to pharmacy services seven days a week, providing greater convenience and more opportunities to connect with your new pharmacy team.

During this transition period, you will still see the retail pharmacy operating under the CCC pharmacy name while preparations for the official Axis Rx Pharmacy launch continue. Once the transition is complete next month, expanded seven-day service will be available to all pharmacy customers, including both GRAND and community members served by the pharmacy.

  • We will continue to post updates here on this page as they become available. With so many exciting things happening in association with the launch of Axis Rx Pharmacy, we hope to use this page as your single source for the current details. Of course, you can always speak to your nurse about this. If they don’t have the information you need readily available, they can get that for you and respond accordingly.
