GRAND Mental Health Awarded New Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic Contract for Tulsa County

TULSA, Okla. (Jan. 8, 2026) – GRAND Mental Health was awarded a new Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) contract for Tulsa County that is unrestricted, ensuring continuity of care for current Tulsa clients and allowing GRAND to expand services to individuals and families across the entire county.

“We are excited to continue our partnership with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services in our shared mission to serve Tulsans,” says Josh Cantwell, CEO of GRAND Mental Health. “The continuation of our CCBHC status in Tulsa County allows us to continue to provide unbridled access to behavioral health care to those in greatest need across all greater Tulsa communities.”

GRAND, in operation since 1979, also serves as a CCBHC provider in twelve other counties across northeast and north central Oklahoma. The CCBHC model offers Oklahoma a pathway to advance integrated, whole-person care for its most vulnerable residents, combining community-based mental health and substance use treatment with access to essential healthcare services. At the center of this approach is care coordination, ensuring services work together to support better health and long-term outcomes.
