

GRAND Mental Health Welcomes New Chief Operating Officer
Tulsa, OK (Nov. 20, 2025) — GRAND Mental Health is pleased to welcome Carl Hoopes as the organization’s new chief operating officer. Hoopes began his role in early October and has since been leading the day-to-day operations of GRAND’s 34 clinics and centers across 13 counties in northeastern and north central Oklahoma, serving more than 30,000 clients annually. In this position, he is focused on ensuring the efficient delivery of client care and clinical services while advancing operational excellence and organizational growth.

Hoopes is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience leading clinical and non-clinical operations across large, integrated health systems. His previous leadership roles at UCSF Health, Ascension, and MultiCare include overseeing both hospital and outpatient operations.
