GRAND Mental Health is proud to expand our services into Northwestern Oklahoma as the primary behavioral health provider, stepping in to carry forward the essential services previously provided by Northwest Center for Behavioral Health (NCBH).
While our name is new to the area, our commitment is unwavering. We are dedicated to building on established relationships, expanding access, and delivering an advanced continuum of behavioral health services—meeting you wherever you are in life, and wherever you call home across Northwestern Oklahoma.

Behavioral Health & Counseling Services
Compassionate, individualized care for mental health and substance use needs. Work with licensed clinicians through individual, family, or group sessions tailored to guide you toward stability and growth.
Crisis Services
When a mental health or substance use crisis happens, getting help quickly matters. GRAND provides crisis support and connections to appropriate care when you need it most.
Recovery Services
Recovery looks different for everyone. Our services provide ongoing support for people working toward recovery from substance use and co-occurring behavioral health needs.
Care Coordination
Behavioral health is only one part of your life. Our teams help connect care, resources and services to address barriers and support your overall well-being.
Medication Management
Our care teams can help evaluate, prescribe and manage medications as part of a coordinated approach to behavioral health.

GRAND’s in-house telehealth platform gives you another way to stay connected with your care team. Through APEX Care, you can access information about your treatment, communicate with your treatment team and receive behavioral health services virtually.

What will the organization be called?
Northwest Center for Behavioral Health is now operating as GRAND Mental Health. You’ll begin to see the GRAND name on signage, communications and other materials as the transition takes place.
Will my care team change?
We know how important the relationship with your care team can be. You can expect to see familiar faces when you walk into your clinic or connect through telehealth.
Does GRAND have experience providing behavioral health services?
Yes. GRAND has been serving Oklahomans since 1979.
Today, GRAND serves more than 32,000 Oklahomans annually across 25 counties through a comprehensive continuum of behavioral health, crisis, recovery, housing and community-based services. In FY26 alone, GRAND served 32,073 unique clients.
Will telehealth be available?
Yes. GRAND offers virtual services through APEX Care, our in-house telehealth platform.
APEX Care allows you to communicate with your treatment team, access information related to your treatment and receive telehealth services from your own device.
What if I don’t have a device for telehealth?
If you don’t have access to an Apple or Android device, we’re glad to work with you on a solution! You’re encouraged to visit with your care team to make telehealth arrangements that work for you.
